First Battle of Kernstown Commemorative Tour - March 24

Register today for a special one-day battlefield tour of the First Battle of Kernstown to commemorate its 150th anniversary.

Renowned Civil War historian Gary Ecelbarger, author of “We Are In For It! The story of the First Battle of Kernstown,” will take you back to that bloody day of March 23, 1862 when North and South met on the usually peaceful farms of Samuel Pritchard in Kernstown and Col. William Glass on Sandy Ridge.

The tour includes:
• Motorcoach transportation between each stop commencing from and returning to the Pritchard Farm
• Tour guide Gary Ecelbarger
• Full buffet luncheon at the Best Western Lee Jackson Hotel
• Printed booklet with battlefield maps
